dc.description.abstract	There is a correlation between urban space and society. Different types of urban spaces are associated with the specific activities of different social groups. Public space unexploited and unused by people and space without social destination often reflects its physical form. Unorganized transportation, parking and other physical barriers reduce its usability and attractiveness. Human activities need quality and clearly defined public space.

Description:: It is a residential area in South Delhi consisting of prime and luxurious real estate. The development control regulation states that allowed FAR for residential bungalow group housing under the city limit is 250. Therefore, it can be seen that the selected neighbourhood has a height restriction of 3 floors i.e., 12 meters (G+4). However, the commercial area that is the N-block market of the neighbourhood is restricted at the height of 6 metres (G+1). The institutional buildings – School and colleges, has a height variation of 3 to 12 meters between building blocks.
